About the Founder

Khushboo Mehta is the Founder and Managing Director of Lumina Bridge Consulting FZ-LLC, a UAE-based advisory firm supporting companies expanding across the DACH, India and UAE markets.​With more than 15 years of experience across German-language education, research, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication, she brings a strong understanding of how business is conducted across these markets.

 

Her German-language fluency and familiarity with the DACH business environment allow her to bridge commercial priorities with cultural and communication realities.​Khushboo founded Lumina Bridge after seeing a recurring gap in cross-border expansion.
